COURSE DESCRIPTION
Community Development program will enable students to build on practical experience that they can apply in social and welfare development profession by working with various agencies and community based organisations.
The course gives trainees a people oriented interaction, that will enable them work with communities and equips them with the technical skills, knowledge and attitude required for field practice in trans-formative development. The course further enhances skills needed to work on complex social problems. Ultimately, the course is to provide skills for transformation of societies and communities.
